This stylishly-furnished, new-build is just 5 miles to Randolph AFB. Our beautiful and modern 3 bd, 2 ba home, built in December of 2022. It's nestled in an older neighborhood with quick access to Loop 1604, I-35 and Loop 410 and only a 20 minute drive to downtown San Antonio. Ask about our FREE parking pass by the San Antonio Riverwalk @ Arsenal Bridge before booking.
The Space:
This listing is for the entire house. It does not have a ramp to get inside the home but it is a one story home.
This unique rental features all the modern amenities with white cabinets, quartz countertops and brushed gold hardware throughout the entire home. Spacious kitchen cabinets, a refrigerator, stove top/oven, dishwasher, microwave and a Keurig for coffee.
Fast WiFi included. 65" in the living room and 60" in all the bedrooms.
Getting Around:
You can get around by car, bike, scooter, Uber/Lyft and walking.

Summary: My wife and I traveled out to the San Antonio area to enjoy spring break with our grandsons. This property was convenient to their home in Converse. The home was very clean and met our needs perfectly. We had no issues while staying at the property and the host was very quick to respond to the few questions we had. The neighborhood was very quiet, working families and we had no issues with any residents. Families were out walking their kids, or working in their yards, a very pleasant community!
